FAQ
Q: I would like to carry items from the crowdfunding campaign in my store. What do I need to do?
A: Pledge the Retailer Tier on the campaign. This pledge level costs $100.
You then need to apply for a Renegade Retailer account. Once your account has been verified by our team we will send you login instructions to the Renegade Retailer direct website. This is the website where you will buy all crowdfunding items. You will receive a $100 credit on your account. If you are already a verified Renegade Retailer with a direct account you do not need to sign up again. You can sign up for a Renegade Retailer account by visiting this link:

Q: I am already an authorized Renegade Retailer do I need to pledge on the campaign?
A: Yes. All stores which will be allowed to purchase Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG or Unstoppable items must both pledge the Retailer Pledge and be signed up as an authorized/verified Renegade Retailer. You must do both in order to qualify.
Q: My store is not in the United States can I still purchase items?
A: Yes. While the Renegade Retailer store normally only services the United States, we are able to serve stores not in the US for this campaign. There will be slightly different instructions for non-US stores that will be e-mailed once their store is verified.
Q: What items will be available for me to buy?
A: All items on the crowdfunding campaign will be available for you to purchase. Any item marked as "exclusive" will can only be purchased during the campaign. If you see an item that you would like to stock deep this is the only time to place your order. Other items not marked as "exclusive" will be available either direct from Renegade, or via distribution per normal.
Q: So there aren't specific pledges for me to purchase? I can buy whatever I want?
A: Yes. You have complete freedom to purchase the items and quantities you want that fit your store.
Q: What kind of discount will I get on these items?
A: You will receive a normal wholesale discount.
Q: Where can I learn about the items I can purchase?
A: The Backerkit campaign page has all the information on all items.
Q: When can I start to make purchases for my store?
A: The window for stores to purchase will start on May 14th. This is the same day the campaign ends. The order window will be open from May 14th to June 15th.
Q: When do you charge me for my order?
A: All orders placed on the Renegade Retailer site are charged as soon as the order is placed.
Q: When will I received my order?
A: Your order will be fulfilled at the same time as the rest of the campaign backers.
Q: How is shipping calculated? Do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order and distance from our warehouse. We offer free shipping at $1500.
Q: If I order other items besides Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG & Unstoppable items when will my order ship?
A: We hold the order until all items are available. Your order will ship once all items are in the warehouse and ready to ship. If you want other items to ship as they are available you should place a separate order for just those items.
